At marqt daily goods, we aim to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns


You may request a refund or return if:


You received the wrong item.


The product was damaged, expired, or defective upon delivery.


An item was missing from your order and you were charged for it.



To be eligible, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Non-Refundable Items


The following items are not eligible for refund or return, unless they were delivered in a damaged or incorrect condition:


Fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, etc.)


Frozen or chilled items


Perishable goods with short shelf life


Items sold on promotion or clearance

3. Refund Process


Once your request is received and approved:


Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, online wallet, or cash) within 5–10 business days.


For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or voucher.


You may be asked to return or provide photos of the item as proof before a refund is approved.

4. Order Cancellation


Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
